Safety Features of the DSS Glycol Delivery Systems:
DSS uses highly precise, dual, inline refractometers to measure the glycol contained in the mixture. Traditional blending methods use flow meters to measure concentration. Blended ADF produced using refractometers is highly accurate because it overcomes the problem of viscosity differences between glycol and water. This results in consistent concentrations that ensure the blend will be adequate to safely deice planes.
